To All Young Fly Fisherman,

This new website was built as a tool to help learn all Fly fishing basics. The members of the Dieppe Fly Tying Club want to share their knowledge and experiences about fly fishing as well as the basic fly fishing equipment, fly casting and fly tying. There will also be a discussion group where you can chat with all your fly fishing friends and ask questions to club members.

This website will also be used as a teaching tool for Fish Friend's program teachers.

By the way, a SMOLT is a young Atlantic salmon or Sea trout that is about 1 to 2 years old and begins his first sea migration on his way to becoming an adult…like you, who after one or two years, will be ready to fly fish on your own.
